FAQ

What happens after I order?

  • You will be kept up to date throughout with what is happening with your order. I will always send photos to the email address you input for your order before posting it out. I do this so you can double check your spelling etc. If you leave me the wrong email address or if you don't respond then I will send the card the following day.
  • Please check your spellling as I copy and paste all text.

How and when will my order be shipped?

  • For UK orders, all cards are posted 1st class in strong hard backed envelopes and 'box' cards are shipped 1st class signed for in strong boxes. For USA card orders, these are posted International standard.
  • I have a 2-3 week making time which does not include shipping times. I try to get your order made quicker than this if at all possible, but please allow 2-3 weeks. If you need something made quicker, please email me BEFORE ordering to see if I can manage it.

 Do you ship overseas or just to the UK?

  • At the moment I am only shipping to the UK and the USA. If you are outside these areas and would like a card, please email me and we can work something out.

 When will my order arrive?

  • I will always keep you up to date with shipping times and send a tracking number if applicable. Please remember that once the items leaves me I have no control over shipping times. If you think something hasn't arrived when it should, please email me asap so I can sort it out for you.
  • Orders to the UK typically take 3-4 working days to arrive after dispatch. International delivery times vary but typically arrive within 4 weeks.

    Please remember that shipping times will vary, at certain times of the year this can be slower (e.g. at Christmas and during the current global pandemic) Delays also occur due to the customs clearance process - please allow extra time for your order.

    Orders to the UK will not be classed as lost/delayed until 10 working days (2 weeks). International orders will not be classed as lost/delayed until 32 working days (around 6 weeks).

What happens if I've put the wrong address on my order?

  • I cannot be held responsible if the address provided at time of shipping is incorrect. I will do everything possible to ensure your order arrives at the correct destination but this cannot be guaranteed and the package may be delayed. If the order has not yet been shipped please send a message with the correct address and the details will be modified before shipping. Refunds or replacements will not be granted if an order does not arrive due to the customer providing an incorrect or incomplete addess.

  What happens if my order doesn't arrive or is damaged?

  • Orders to the UK will not be classed as lost/delayed until 10 working days (2 weeks). International orders will not be classed as lost/delayed until 32 working days (around 6 weeks). If you still haven't received your item in this time, please email me.
  • In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, please save the packaging and take photos of it and the item. Please email me ASAP so that I can sort it out for you quickly.
  • I want you to be happy with your order, so if for any reason you aren't happy, PLEASE let me know ASAP so I can try to fix it for you.

 Do you accept returns?

  • Unfortunately I cannot accept returns if an item is personalised or custom made.

Who is responsible for any customs or import taxes?

  • Buyers pay the additional costs such as duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
  • Mor Cards cannot calculate if or how much these fees will be, and are not responsible for paying any additional costs such as duties, taxes and customs clearance fees..

 Do you take commission orders?

  • Yes I do! I love making new items and ideas often come from clients wanting something a bit different! Please email me if you have an idea!

 Can you send the card directly to the recipient for me?

  • Yes I can! I can even write on the card for you if you like. Just send me the recipient's address and the message you want adding.

 How can I see when you release new items?

  • You can sign up for a newsletter at the bottom of the page (these will be pretty infrequent!) or find me on Facebook or Instagram.
